Craigavon, between Portadown and Lurgan, covers the BT64 and BT65 postcodes and neighbourhoods such as Brownlow, Mandeville, Knockmenagh, Drumgor, Legaghory and Tullygally. It's about 25 minutes from our base in Armagh, and we visit regularly.
Craigavon was largely built as a planned town from the late 1960s onwards, so many homes share similar layouts and similar maintenance needs — which means we've usually seen your job before.
Homes in Craigavon and the jobs we do
Much of Craigavon's housing dates from the planned-town era, with terraces and semi-detached homes laid out in estates connected by footpaths and green spaces. Homes of that age commonly need replacement door handles and hinges, re-sealed bathrooms, updated flooring and fresh paint. Families here keep us busy with flat-pack furniture, bunk beds and trampolines, and smaller enclosed gardens often call for new fence panels and compact sheds.
