Clearing a house is rarely just a physical job. It might follow a bereavement, a move into care, the end of a tenancy or simply years of things building up in the garage and loft. Armagh Handyman Services offers a calm, respectful clearance service for homes across Armagh and the county.
We can clear a single room or an entire property, dismantle furniture to get it out safely, and take items away for disposal at licensed facilities. Where you want items set aside for family, charity or recycling, we'll work to your list.

Why choose a local Armagh handyman?
Armagh Handyman Services is run by Niall, based at Drumman Heights in Armagh. Because we're local, travel times are short, it's easy to arrange a visit that suits you and, if anything needs looking at afterwards, we're not far away. We rely on word of mouth around Armagh, so every job is done carefully and the work area is left tidy.
You'll deal with the same person from the first phone call to the finished job — no call centres and no hand-offs. Quotes are free and clear, and if a job is better suited to a specialist trade we'll tell you honestly. Larger electrical and all gas work is always referred to qualified, registered trades.
Quotes and booking
Every house clearances job is quoted free of charge before any work starts, so you know exactly where you stand. The easiest way is to call Niall on 077 3909 9584; if he's on a job, send a text and he'll get back to you. Photos or a product link help with an accurate quote, and if you have other small jobs, mention them too — they can often be done on the same visit.
